OK, so. I thought I had Thanksgiving plans, well I did have them I guess, but now I don't. So I'll be here tomorrow, and with all the stuff that's been going on I don't know what's been planned or not, and I don't know how many people will be here or away, but I'm planning on spending a ton of time cooking and baking and whatnot and sure I'm not the world's greatest chef or anything but my food doesn't suck, so if you're going to be here tomorrow and want to join me for Thanksgiving lunch/dinner/whatever, let me know, ok? Especially if you have some sort of request due to stuff you can't eat or just stuff you want to eat. So for those of you who will be here tomorrow, I'll see you then, and for everyone else, Happy Thanksgiving wherever you'll be.

If you wish assistance, I have nothing planned for tomorrow.

Sure! Thanks. I picked up most of the stuff I think we'll need tonight.

I'm not entirely familiar with this holiday, but I tried doing some research. Tell me it is not customary to deep-fry the turkey.

Well, I've never made a turkey before, but I was just planning on using the oven. I think that's normal. That's what they do on TV, right?

I'm certain that is the usual method, but I'm being told that I'm missing out on an experience.

Well, I wouldn't want to get in the way of that! Um... I don't really know what we need for that, though. Do we need a special fryer thingie or just a really big pot?

It's not customary, but it is TOTALLY AWESOME. Also kind of a pita and can be messy, so maybe not worth it more than like, once for novelty.

Oh yes? Perhaps I should get an extra bird before the markets close.

My dad did it once like, the year, I think before I got here. It was pretty cool. The turkey doesn't get dry, and it was actually not greasy or anything. But the deep fryer was kind of a pain to clean (and guess who got to do it? If you're guessing me, you win a prize!)

Yes, but now that it has been brought up, I'm growing fond of the idea. Manly bonding around an open flame and all of that. Besides, we both heal quickly if something were to go wrong, yes?

Lemee go see if there's like a big giant deep fryer somewhere in the kitchens.

And just sayin', burning hair smells SO BAD.

You two have fun with that. I'll be over where there's not an open flame. Also, if you have to get hurt, keep whatever your skin and blood and body parts out of my Thanksgiving dinner, k?

Dude. You're going to look for a turkey the night before Thanksgiving? You'd probably have better luck going into the woods somewhere and hunting one. There are probably crazy people in the stores right now, fighting each other for the last few remaining turkeys. May the force be with you and all that.

If he asked really nicely, Clarice might port him somewhere that doesn't celebrate Turkey day and has turkeys.

And I'm going to be at Mum's for Thanksgiving. I have a feeling there's going to be a heap of food.

Dude, I've been totally farking emo for like a week and I need to cut it the hell out because it's not doing me any good. Mind a ton of help?

I totally promise to not peel potatoes with my claws. Unless you think it would be awesome, in which case I will totally promise to peel potatoes with my claws.

Claws on your hands or claws on your feet? Either way, I think that's awesome. And sexy. Especially if it's with your feet.

Hands. I don't have opposable big toes, so I can't peel anything with my feets. Also my toes get kinda gunky, you really don't want them touching anything that you're gonna actually -eat-.
